Terms & Conditions

By registering for a Brush Hour class or purchasing a private art class package with us, you hereby agree to our Terms & Conditions:

– Your artwork and/or picture(s) may be used in publications, promotional materials, or websites published by Brush Hour Parties by sole proprietor, Lynn Thorne. You give your permission for your artwork and/or picture to be used by Lynn Thorne to promote Brush Hour Parties.

– You release Brush Hour Parties and its agents, assistants, and venue location owners and employees from responsibility should there be damage to your person, belongings, clothing, or personal effects. We are not liable for any injury you may sustain while participating in our art classes.

– We cannot offer refunds on tickets or registration fees for any reason. We pre-purchase the art materials and have already incurred a significant expense before you arrive at the class. Your registration purchase is FINAL, and monies cannot be returned.

– If you cannot attend, simply inform us 24 hours in advance in writing via email at BrushHourParties@gmail.com. We can transfer your registration to another event or issue you a promotional code for future use.

– We must be notified within 24 hours of the start of your event via email at BrushHourParties@gmail.com. Notifying us via social media channels, text message, etc., is not considered an official notification.

– If you are a no-show, your ticket will be considered redeemed.

– If you reschedule one event more than three times and attempt to reschedule it a fourth time, your request will be denied and your ticket considered redeemed.

– We offer traveling art classes. We partner with local venues that host our events. We reserve the right to change the venue of your party, if necessary. If a change in venue occurs, you will be notified and no refunds will be given as a result.

– If there are fewer than three participants registered for any event, we reserve the right to reschedule the event.

– Our artworks are copyright of Lynn Thorne and Brush Hour Parties and are protected by US Trademark law. We are prepared to protect our intellectual property, trademark and copyrights to the fullest extent of the law. Our structure, plan, format, paintings, and wording are included in that protection.

– Please do not agree unless you understand our terms of agreement and you understand that exceptions to these policies cannot be granted.
